What We Believe

What We Believe In Summary

In Summary, we believe that there is One God who manifested Himself in flesh as Jesus Christ and that One God in flesh is fully God and fully man. We believe that in Jesus dwells all the fullness of The Godhead bodily and that we are complete in Him. (Colossians 2:9) The Name of The Father is Jesus, The Name of The Son is Jesus, and The Name of The Holy Ghost is Jesus. (Matthew 28:19, John 5:43, John 14:8-9, Matthew 1:21-23, John 14:26) These three are One. (1 John 5:7) Jesus is not one-third God. He is fully God manifested in flesh.

We believe Salvation is a free gift that cannot be earned by our works but that Salvation is poured out upon humanity to those who obey The Gospel of Jesus Christ which is His Death, Burial, and Resurrection, by repenting of our sins (Death), being baptized in The Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins (Burial), and receiving The Gift of The Holy Ghost initially evidenced by speaking with other tongues as The Spirit gives The Utterance (Resurrection). (Acts 2:38) We believe you must be born again to be saved, being born again of water and of The Spirit. (John 3:5) Being born again includes water baptism by emersion in The Name of Jesus Christ with a repentful heart (the water birth) and being filled with The Holy Ghost initially evidenced by speaking with other tongues as The Spirit gives The Utterance (The Spirit birth). There are not multiple ways to be saved. We must be born again. We believe Salvation is conditional and requires obedience to The Salvation Plan as laid out in Scripture. Biblical Faith will always result in action and obedience. Faith without works is dead. (James 2) Obedience to Scripture isn’t our works saving us. It’s simply our faith proving legitimacy when we obey it.

Simply put, to be saved one must repent of their sins, be baptized in The Name of Jesus Christ, and be filled with The Holy Ghost initially evidenced by speaking with other tongues as The Spirit gives The Utterance and continually allow The Lord to sanctify us both inwardly and outwardly from The New Birth forward by pursuing to live and walk in The Spirit and not in the flesh or after the ways of the flesh and of the world. We are called to be a separated people unto God, set apart for His use.
